Account Deletion – Multiverse

This page explains how users of the Multiverse application can request deletion of their account and associated data.

Accounts in the Multiverse application are created and managed by the respective company or organization. Users are provided access credentials by their company administrator.

If you want to delete your account, you can request account deletion using one of the following methods:


• Direct Contact:
  - Contact your company administrator directly


• Email Support:
  - Send an email request to our support team at support@immultiverse.in


Please include the following information in your request:

- Registered email address or mobile number

- Company name

- Employee ID (if available)

After verification of your request, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless retention is required for legal or operational purposes.

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days from the date of successful verification.

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the Multiverse application or any associated services using that account.
